Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island To Hold A Midsummer Night of Remembrance for Grieving Hearts

Providence, RI - June 2, 2011 ... Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island, the largest hospice in the state and the third oldest in the country, is holding its Annual Celebration of Remembrance on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 5:30 pm at their headquarters in Providence, located at 1085 North Main Street.

A Midsummer Night of Remembrance is an annual event that gives people the opportunity to come together to remember, to reflect, to grieve and to celebrate the lives of loved ones who have passed away within the past year. The program features reflective readings, music, and a time for meditation.

The event is free but donations are accepted. Individuals who are interested in purchasing a brick in memory of their loved one for the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center’s Memorial Garden should contact Pam Cassidy at 401-415-4217 or email her at pcassidy@HHPCRI.org. A reception following the program will be catered by Morin Catering.
